Dear University best friend,
Thank you for sitting with me this past weekend as I drunk cried. I have been a bit of an emotional wreck lately, and even with your 5 incredibly demanding classes you have made an effort to be there for me. This means the world to me.
You have taught me that yes I can be annoying, but that does not mean I am unloveable. You keep me sane as you don’t put me on a pedestal. You are constantly helping me become a better person by helping me acknowledge both the parts of me I need to work on and those I don’t ever need to change. Yes, we do both probabaly need to gossip less, but honestly thank you for all the gossip sessions.
Thank you for putting me in my place and arguing with me about politics. It is hard to admit but I am quite often wrong. The amazing thing about you though is you never make me feel stupid for having an opinion. In that way we do not really have arguements but I would call them heated discussions. These discussions educate me and often make me think about the world in a different way.
I can not say it enough thank you for always being there for me.
And last but not least thank you for telling me I am a queen everyday.
All your hardwork is going to pay off and your future is so bright.
