Midterms got you down? Frustrated with the weather getting colder? I am in no way at all a pyschologist but from personal experience I would highly recommend some retail therapy. And not just to make yourself feel better, fall is an awesome time to go shopping for a multitude of reasons.
- Things you buy in fall are practical for other seasons. For example I just bought some sweaters from H and M. See the picture below for some super cute stuff they have. The sweaters I bought are basic and go with anything and that will include shorts in the summer or a cute skirt for the fall or spring. The expensive crop top I bought in the summer, I probably won’t be wearing it this winter.
- You can find awesome awesome deals. Everything from the summer is on sale at the beginning of fall, and lots of it still is right now. If you had your eye on something you couldn’t quite afford at the end of the summer now is the time to check if it’s on sale.
- Fall has the best colours!
- A super cute jacket can really make you feel like you have your life together. It is not freezing yet so it’s the best time of year for light jackets, which can pull together any outfit.
Really fall is not just the perfect time for shopping it is arguably the best season of the year. So make this your best fall yet by filling your wardrobe with pieces that make you feel confident.
